Up one level- Students for Salmon Elementary Program
- The Students for Salmon program provides hands-on outdoor science experiences to students in grades 4-6. Lessons from the SFS Teacher Handbook focus on watersheds, salmon ecology, and habitat restoration while the program culminates with an NSEA-led student stream exploration at the school's local Whatcom County creek!
- High School Streamside Science Program
- The Streamside Science Program offers hands-on outdoor science education to students in grades 9-12. Students learn the basics of water quality monitoring and habitat restoration by carrying out their own water quality data collection and planning and implementing their own stream restoration project.
- Middle School Service Learning Program
- Middle school is the ideal time to turn student knowledge into positive restoration action. NSEA offers service-learning experiences for middle school students throughout Whatcom County, guiding students through a stewardship experience that empowers them to make a positive impact on their environment and the health of their entire community!
